RETURNS POLICY:
RETURNS ARE ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. We will gladly refund an UNUSED product in its original packaging. To schedule a return, please email joan(at)trendytripper.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange return. Once the product has been received and inspected into our facility, then we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the payment method used.
ALL PRODUCT BOUGHT DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. These are all FINAL SALE = no returns. That means they are so heavily discounted, that they cannot be returned.
All International Sales are final.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange an UNUSED product in its original packaging WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email joan(at)trendytripper.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange the exchange. Exchanges will require that the customer pay for all shipping costs involved. Once the original product has been received and inspected into our facility then we will proceed with the exchange. No refunds will be issued for exchanges.
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT DATE and include photographs when reporting a defective or damaged item. Send email with photos to joan@trendytripper.com
